Where does Dirk rank?

With the Mavericks winning their first championship, a lot of people are trying to figure out how to define Dirk Nowitzki's resume.  Yes, he's scored enough for 13 years, been an All-Star and carried his team to a title this year, but where does he rank?  Is he a Top 20 player of All-Time?  I would quickly say 'no'.  You could probably pick the Lakers, the Knicks and the Celtics and get most of the Top 20 of All-Time.  but when you break it down to his position, PF, is he in the top 10 or 20 of that list?  This is the conundrum that we find ourselves in right now and we're having a decent debate today about that.  In order to start the debate, let's first take a look at a list of the Top 10 Power Forwards to ever play in the NBA.

1. Tim Duncan

2. Karl Malone

3. Charles Barkley

4. Kevin McHale

5. Bob Pettit

6. Kevin Garnett

7. Elvin Hayes

8. Dave DeBusschere

9. Dirk Nowitzki

10. Buck Williams

That's my list.  Where should Dirk be?  Who should be on the list (Rodman?) and who shouldn't be (Buck Williams?).  Let us hear it.
