This is only the second mention in the NFL, to my knowledge about a little used organ called a spleen. It seems as though Al Harris of the Green Bay Packers has ruptured his spleen and will be out for the rest of the season. He actually hurt himself running into teammate A.J. Hawk. First, Chris Simms, and now Al Harris. This will be a big blow to the Packers secondary.

Al Harris Out?

New Lease on Life
It's been rough for Chris Simms being one of the 7 QBs on the Tampa Bay Bucs roster, but after being released I expect this kid to be picked up rather quickly. There are several teams that could use Simms and the skill set that he brings to the table (HINT: Lovie Smith and the Bears, please go to this guys' house with contract in hand). I imagine that some teams will be bidding for his services, so we'll see what happens with this one. Hopefully they can find a Bears jersey that would fit him. I'm sure he could have Grossman's number.
